Caps, morels and truffles pay their share of the pot straight to your wallet. Poison pays nothing and sends you home until tomorrow's crop.

Waiting pays. Every hour after sprouting, finds are worth a sixth more. Leave the big ones too long and someone else takes them.

At the next sprout anything nobody picked rots, and the floor starts over.

After fourteen mornings the season ends, and whatever is left in the pot goes to the biggest single find.
